1048f001x800.jpg (74875 bytes) The BU-1048 is designed to cut Tapered, Fluted, Spiral and Straight columns as well as Caps and Bases.
1048g002x800.jpg (63079 bytes) It’s pre programmed to make the different cuts as easily as possible.  You simply choose your type of column and enter in your dimensions.  The operator enters in the number of cuts, the depth of the cut, and the length of the column, then starts the program.

1048g003x800.jpg (84297 bytes) You use the same procedure for spiral columns as well.  Just bend your wire to the desired depth and width then input your column dimensions.
1048g001x800.jpg (62405 bytes) Your columns will come out consistent every time.  It will cut columns up to 12’ long by 4’ diameter. The dimensions available are infinite.  The Tri Technologies BU-1048 is the one machine you will need for all of your column requirements.
