The Tri Technologies 900 Series Pre Expanders continue to be the standard of the industry in continuous EPS pre expansion. Tri Technologies is unsurpassed in workmanship and uses only the finest, highest quality materials. High quality levels are maintained by on site welding, fabrication, panel assembly, electrical wiring and final assembly, and equipment can be customized to meet each customer’s particular specifications.

900 Series Pre Expanders are available in five sizes. All are constructed of a heavy duty structural steel base frame. The expansion chamber is constructed of structural aluminum framing, body, and insulated doors. The agitator and stationary breaker bars are constructed of stainless steel. Agitator bearings are high quality flange bearings designed to be long lasting.
