COMPUTER CONTROLLED CONTOUR CUTTER
MODEL: BU-1043 Multi Axis
Cutting accuracy, combined with mechanical performance and reliability, means you get high-quality results from the BU-1043 Computer Controlled Contour Cutter. The base frame is made of heavy duty structural tubular steel with aluminum harp and carriage. Harp positioning is simplified by use of a hand-held or carriage mounted joystick. Both the contour harp and the drag harp will handle up to 70 wires each.
Optional drag wire packages add even more versatility to your cutter. Production can be doubled on pieces with one flat and one contoured surface by using the convenient vertical drag wire option. Computer control means that drag wire temperatures are regulated according to the motion of the contour cutting wires.

Like all Tri Technologies cutting equipment, the BU-1043 Contour Cutter is supplied with isolation transformers to provide ground fault safety.
Lathe option gives ability to cut flutes, spirals, cones, caps and bases with tapers.
A quick change head and automatic tail stock positioning make it easy for one person to handle parts.
Standard widths of 4, 8 or 12 ft with lengths of 8, 12 or 16 ft. Other sizes available as specified by customer.
